Since the the city’s conquest in 1147, the castle dedicated to St. George, the patron saint of England, has proudly stood atop Lisbon’s original rooftop. Decades later, our place served as the abode of two majestic lions. Today, you may find yourself sharing the space with one of the splendid peacocks that now call our magnificent Mediterranean garden home.
